I use Alk Plus and Hardness Plus, 2-part dosing....

I use Alk Plus and Hardness Plus, 2-part dosing. I have had GREAT success in 4 different tanks. I've never had a problem fine tuning the delicate balance between alk and calcium.

I found one in my 90g and was EXTREMELY lucky to catch it. I heavily fed the tank and left my arm in holding a net. 90 minutes later I caught it.

With an alk reading at 3.5 meq/l your calcium should be near 430ppm.
