bristle worms!!

I just noticed today that there are a lot...I mean a lot of 1/2" bristle worms in my refugium. I don't really know where they can from, but I am worried....should I start removing them?

Couldn't tell you...with the rowaphos I have undetactable phosphate, and the only thing growing algae in the tank is my fugem and the outlet nozzle from my return. Nitrates were around 10ppm...

Using paper towels in the reef tank....

Every 3-4 or so I get a film on my glass. When I try to us the scrapping sponge it flakes off, and then sticks right back to the glass. But when I use the paper towel I can get it out nicely.

I was told to feed them after the lights go off, but most of my coral start to close up after the lights go off, so I feed them when I feed my fish, about 5:00PM, 3 times per week.
