dangers with switching salts...?

Just wondering if there are any dangers with switching salts, i'm going from IO to Reef Crystals and would just like to know if there is anything i need to do to prep the tank for the switch....

I would try and change to a 20long if possible, I have a 75 with a custom 20l acrylic sump and if you want to put a skimmer in there it will be tough to get it in and out.

I have a 3 yr old clown, and had a RBTA but he went MIA recently...The clown is in the big 75 as of right now.

Would 2 clowns 2 PJ cardinals and a yellow watchman goby be too much for that tank...

What would you do with a 24gal Aquapod???
