It's usually mixed in with the vinyl tubing on the rolls. I found 1" stuff at Lowes near me - it was the clear stuff with the reinforced braiding. Its not usually near the PVC pipes. I don't know...

I applied a thin layer of silicone to the inside and a thin layer to the outside where the leak was. Its not the prettiest job, but will hold for a while. I ended up waiting 30 hours...
