The lighting is not really critical on a FishOnlyWithLiveRock (FOWLR). Increase the salinity to 1.025 and get a good HOB skimmer like AquaC Remora Pro.

Valonia (bubble algae). If burst, it will spread in your tank. I remove the rock to a bucket of water and remove it there then rinse it in another bucket.
