How long ago did you put everything in? Hard for me to tell where in the cycle you may be but looks like you are nearing the end of your cycle. Could be the beginning though :)

The lighting is not really critical on a FishOnlyWithLiveRock (FOWLR). Increase the salinity to 1.025 and get a good HOB skimmer like AquaC Remora Pro.
