check out wet web media in the pop-eye section, it sounds like a bacterial problem. Your best bet would be to remove them and treat in QT if you can.

you cut the bottle at it's widest point near the top then invert the section you just cut off and stick it back into the bottle. That way it's easy for the fish to get in, but hard for it to get out....

My bicolour nips my softies and lps sometimes, but it's usually just 1 coral at a time and very infrequently.. I very much doubt a blenny would nip enough to make so many corals close up.
