I wouldnt suggest a catalina goby for a 10 gallon. The temp can fluctuate to easily. In the summer it might be hard to keep the tank at cooler temps.

If you have a really established set up with alot of live rock, and a large refugium, that has a lot of life thriving in it then there is a chance that it might work....
