Here is a great tip for starting over.
Get some fresh live sand....

Do you have issues with so many mushrooms? I would think they could be very combative with the surrounding corals so close.

Just by reading this thread all the complaints go to Oceanic. I can back that up. It causes great diatom outbreaks. Do a search on it. After I switched tp TM the blooms ended like magic.

I had a damsel that would purposely knock over my corals. I couldnt get him until I tore down the tank. If you can keep the other fish away you should be able hook him. Good luck.

The rock will be fine in a fish only tank. Dont throw it away. Its a great bio filter.

You can later experiment with some easy corals and see if they are affected or not.
