I have all 4 crabs in my tank, admitedly the hairy one(teddy bear) is in my sump, but the others have done no harm at all.
All live comensally? with the acro's they reside in. no harm has been done...

The styrofoam?? is it soft? we use polystyrene over here.. it's white in colour.
Did u make sure that the base was LEVEL?? with a spirit level diagonally?
