Lobster; why not just go the normal route, and use the bucket w/ bulk heads? You get more depth (mines at like 10"), and it's just as easy to remove.

With that skimmer on that tank + that powerful light, pay careful attention to your tissue/polyp color. If things start fading, start feeding more / add more fish.
