Thanks for that. I haven't actually seen it attack anything but I have had a few fish go missing, found an empty trochus snail shell plus one of my montiporas lost or is always keeping it's polyps...

Hawkfishes are fine with all corals. Most wil attack any crab or shrimp and even tear snails off the glass to have a go at them. That being said, my flame hawkfish doesn't bother the hitchhiker crabs...
