the eheim 1250 is rated at ~300 ft @0 head. and has a max head of 6.5 ft...if that's enough flow for your needs then that'd be the pump to get. Eheims...

I just picked up a 3/8" spartech polycast acrylic with a center overflow. No holes drilled yet, manufacturer paper is still on all pieces of acrylic.

Dimensions are not exactly what you're looking...
