I own two 600gph CPR overflows on each 75 gallon tank, each tank has a 500gph pump in the refugium. Each overflow has water lift pump and have never had a problem. I have used one for 2 years.

I have two different types of anemone and my tomato clowns chose the RBTA. They don't wander to far from it. I am hoping that they spawn.
I have had my clowns beat anemones to death.
