I'll bet! It took months to get mine in... but I ordered it at a pretty crummy time (Oceanic was moving their facilities at the time... which cause a 3 month wait).

I'd agree with this... I don't think a fish is going to solve your problem. More likely adding to the bioload will only add fuel for the algae. You're better off finding the source of the excess...

Most of the stacks are held together with fiberglass rods, as PB mentions. You can find them on the cheap at homedepot or lowes... look for reflector poles by the mail...
