I highly recommend a brittle starfish. They are excellent scavengers, low maintenance, and add something that most people enjoy watching - assuming your will be somewhat active like mine.

They may not be the best, but I love the integrated look of my Aquapods and my kids can't mess with the lights this way. They are a good compromise for me at this time.
