Leak! uestions on moving a refuge

I have a 5 gallon Acrylic Hang on refuge that has sprung a leak..
It's a slow leak so I have to time to plan how to move it..

I've picked out a new tub to use as the new fuge and plan to move...

ISO 200
exposure time 4 seconds

Anything I do outside (plants, decks, play fort for the kids) has to get an HOA approval.

My Sister lives in a Condo in Washington.....
