Why are these bad? I kinda like the idea of having extra filter feeders in my tank. Mine only seem to grow in our of the way places though. I only wish they would get some color :)

How important is it to cure your live rock? I did not cure mine when setting up my 45g and it did just fine (the 45g turned into a 75g :) ). Just wondering...and also how do you all go about curing...
