After i do that i use the turkey baster to get the stuff off...

I stick an air line on a powerhead, stick the airline up the u tube into the air space at the top and put the power head in a 1 gallon bucket... the pwerhead sucks the air out and then the siphon...

I've been searching around for a while.... the closest thing i can find is mysid shrimp.. but these things are TINY, like 1/10 the size of a brine shimp, and i think the sea monkeys i has as a kid...
