Thanks for the info, i know the are very hard to keep but i figured i would give it my best shot and see what happens, there are many situations where diffult corals somehow survive and easy ones...

MH light just stop working on my 34 Solana

Today my MH 150 pendent woudnt come on i checked and my HOB refugium leaked a little water on the ballast would this cause it to blow a fuse(is there a fuse on the ballast) or would it just burn out...

Looks great, the eel will love it, mine finds nooks and crannies i dindnt even know were there , i feed mine a emerald crab today for the first time , man was that cool watching him eat it :D

Black sun coral not opening

i have a yellow and a black sun coral. the yellow sun coral opens at feeding time and stays open all night, the black sun coral will not open, is dying???? its not losing its color. any suggestions...

I have had mine under stock aquapod lights for 3 months and it seems happy, i am gona upgrade to sunpod 70w mh soon, my lfs said as long as you have at least 4-4.5 watts per gallon it should be fine...
