I like sand, just not deep sand beds. But like the others have said, it really comes down to personal preference. AND no sand would make it alot harder for you to do your pimp aquascaping.

Yeah it was made at the workshop. It turned out really nice, and so far, its working great! Right now, we have a quiet one pump and a random powerhead running it.

They will shrink up like that when they expel their waste too. Most of the time when you purchase a pink tip, they are bleached. Their natural color is more of a tan. You can feed him silversides...
