I have a RBTA that split a few months ago. Neither of the two have never really roamed in my tank (knock on wood). Both are healthy and happy. PM me and we can talk more about it.

GSM you say they are not natural hosts (which I agree with completely) But neither are the deresa/crocea/ and now finger leather that mine have been hosting instead of the RBTA that I have for them....

If you are set on the six line just know that they can be fairly evil. It should be one of the last fish put in with the yellow tang. As far as neon gobies go, they have been pretty successful...
