Lots of people use super glue or super glue gel. The gel is generally easier to work with in the marine application. I think I read that as long as the glue is cyanoacrylate it is tank-safe.

My flame angel does just fine right under a 150w MH pendant. It loves to play around in the high flow near the powerheads, and has only bothered my zoanthids to date. It picks at them more for fun...
