the AquaC Remora Nano is going to be the same as the regular Remora - only smaller. if you have an all in one cube tank that still has the top on it, it will not work. it is still a HOB style skimmer.

the biggest mistake you can make is rushing @ startup. no matter where your water/rock/sand comes from its a good idea to let your tank stabilize for a few weeks before you put livestock in the tank....

a GFCI outlet is one of those plugs that has the RESET button on it. It is used when a plug is 6' or closer to a water source (+/- depending on your local building code). The tank will work fine...
