I know a commercial buyer in the UK order snails from the US without water in damp packages. The delivery takes 2-3 days and according to the guy they transport better without water.

You could try to add live rotifers if you donīt have a UV. An ozone unit might also help but I am not sure. Do you have high nutrients in the QT? How is the water cleaned?

First you test magnesium and raise this to a good level then you raise your CA with a CA booster. If your mg is not at a sufficient level you will not be able to raise your CA.

You should strive to increase calcium to around 420. You have to test and dose magnesium as well. If your mg is too low you will not be able to increase your calcium. Raise mg first.
