I will be getting some lighting (2) 250 Watt Icecap 20K ballasts and bulbs with Luminarc III...

Adding a baffle?

How do I add a baffle to an existing sump.

I want to add the red baffle between the black baffles.

Do I have to drain the sump?

How far do I keep these off the surface of the water.

I'm concerned about splashing.

Is there some sort of splash guard that I can use that will help prevent this.

Will 3 10,000 K bulbs and 3 Actinic Bulbs T5 bulbs be enough to run softies?

What is a good size cleanup crew for a 110 gallon tank. I'm planning on doing a softie tank and need coral safe inverts.
