Back when I used PC lighting and the bulbs reached 5-6 months I would have major algae outbreaks. I was told it was due to the change in light spectrum due to the bulbs age. How old are your PC bulbs?

No issues with my glass cages cube. Sloppy silicone and edges aren't perfect. Nowhere near the quality of the AGE tanks I've seen. I would have looked into the cost of an AGE tank if I had known it...
