I do 20% once a month, but there are lots of schedules people use. Yours seems fine to me. I might do 2 15% changes, instead, though.

The salt product itself, along with aeration, should set the pH. If not, the problem likely is high CO<sub>2</sub>.

I didn't have much luck with my Red Sea test kits, but yours might be fine.

The nitrate shouldn't harm any of the animals listed so far.

Adding a pH buffer to control pH tends to cause problems, since they are just high-pH alkalinity supplements. I'd avoid dosing them...

I have gotten cultures from IPSF.com and InlandAquatics.com, although they aren't cheap. Many times, live rock will provide a reasonable starting point by itself.

Maybe not with the damsel in the tank. Sometimes, they are very aggressive, and that tank isn't all that large. The damsels might have brought a disease with them, as well.
