You could get a sand sifting sea star. They are great for stirring up the sand bed and eat left over food and other stuff in the bed. You do have to have a deep sand bed though.

Is the medicine anything that can hurt the tank because I was hoping to put corals in but I know that if it has copper than it isnt possible because if any traces are left it can ruin the corals.

its a 100 gallon with about 200lbs of live sand...
its a 100 gallon with about 200lbs of live sand and 130 or so lbs of live rock. The rock came from a reef tank that was being torn down. I dont have any lighting right now. Should I kill it?

Thats the best I can get because it is so small. It is also on the front pane so I cant get a behind shot because my rockwork is in the way. I will try to figure it out maybe take it to my lfs.
