It's funny you say that, because I actually started substituting a chunk of Rod's Food (about a half-dollar size) in place of my daily multi-vitamin. It's amazing how much better I feel these days!

I’ve noticed some black spots on my clown and figured someone might have some ideas as to what’s wrong.
The spots seem to be primarily on his right side and under side.
