The names don't equate to quality necessarily.

If you are going to start adding to reef crystals you could as well just use IO and add to that. Increase alk and calcium.
Why pay the extra for reef crystals.

Scrubbing brush could be used for getting rid of hydroids and algae. A larger brush for glass cleaning.

I was thinking of making a reef vacuum to be used to suck pesty hydroids out of the rocks. I can usually get some with just the syphon when doing water changes.
