We are looking for pods too.. bought a bottle of tigger pods from living sea.. $25 is a lot to keep our spotted mandarin happy! We just got a sump too.. haven't put any thing in it yet to grow...

they are definitely "larger" Mau & Merlot are both pushing 30lbs..
the two jungle cats are almost 15lbs each... but they are not so domesticated.. :-)

I have a system almost exactly the same.. 55gallon.. set up 2 months now.. the only thing is I have 55lbs of rock and there is hardly any room like in yours? did you just get really heavy rock?
