so adding a air stone is a good idea?
It makes a big mess with all the salt crust at the top but if it will help that much I think its worth it.

Oh.....well I tried putting alot of buffer in to raise the PH when the o2 lev was very low but all that would go up was the alkalinity so I am still not sure why that is then . But I do know this.

I thought the ph wasnt raising because of all the excess food in the water because I thought all the food was making the water acidic or something. But...

All the other damsels are but not chromis damsels I know this from lots of experience.

I used algone and it helped my tanks get rid of...

I used algone and it helped my tanks get rid of it. Every5 days I would add new pouches along with coral lifes marine tank clarifier and they worked really well

There is a product called Algone and it is reef safe and does a very good job in getting rid of nitrate
