If you can catch it, give it a fresh water dip for 5 minutes in ph and temp matched water. That is where I'd start.

I have 2, a 12" coris and a yellow tail damsel. My clown trigger will be 2 years in my care in May.

I'm not sure. It was timid, and smaller than the others, but didn't run away. I know I had done a water change and had moved its rock cover, so perhaps that didn't help as I've read can be an issue...
