I honestly don't know. Won't the additional mass of the 90g make it more stable? There's a lot to be said for inertia.

My gut tells me that 200lbs of kid (4 @ 50lbs) will have less of an impact...

Well, the tank's bottom had better be able to handle your weight, so you should be fine if you place a piece of plywood in there to evenly distribute the pressure across the glass.
