I have my temp probe tie wrapped to the electrical cord on one of my Tunze Nanostreams. A pair of black tie wraps are hard to notice, and that probe isn't going anywhere.

T5 migration

OK, the summer is now upon us and heat issues are becoming a reality. I currently have 2x 250W Coralvue 14K (colour is nearly 20K) MH bulbs supplemented by 4 39W T5 ATI Blue+ bulbs on a 6' tank.

Probably not. The intensity will be going down a bit. Your corals might not be terribly happy, but other than a bit of temporary browning I doubt anything would die.

When I had my EV180 I sat it in the sump on top of 2 stacks of empty CD jewel cases. It worked, the cases floated away if I moved the skimmer, but I didn't have to do that more than once or twice...

Oh, one of the advantages of finally getting an airmeter, is proving to myself an old tale I've seen here before. Closing off the air hose with the clamp ever so slightly bumped me from 7lph to 9lph.
