I was thinking of the shrink for Hightower's chiller, but he said that he was fine with the high grade stainless.

That stuff ain't too cheap, but still cheaper and easier to work than Ti.

Why not slide some 1/2" heat shrink tubing over the tubing?

That should flex nicely and not leak as long...
