Correct me if I am wrong dileggi, but you shouldn't have ammonia sitting in your tank like that. If you did you would notice some issues without ever moving your rocks around.

I came home with the lights off ( dark ) and saw 3 of these things in my tank. I think they are flatworms but I want to confirm them.

No, you Have to get your Mg up first with dosing ( not all at once, over several days ). Sometimes manuel dosing is required to bring it in to check.

Sounds like you need to dose seprate Mg to bring...
Sounds like you need to dose seprate Mg to bring it up to 1200-1300. Once that is fixed your Calc will fix itself.( through your normal dosing routine)
Low Mg lvls will result in calc issues.
