I have a 2x175w HQI Odyssea fixture. I am looking for replacement bulbs, but I can't find any 175w DE bulbs anywhere. Where can I get some at? And can I just run 150w DE bulbs in this setup?

I believe it may be possible. I think I'm in the same boat, only I don't have an algae outbreak. But I changed the PC lights in my MH/PC fixture and I now have new corraline algae growth all over.
