Algae Bloom???

I have recently seen Algae, mostly green but some brown, growing on the gravel of my 300 gal mixed reef. I have never had this before. Any thoughts as to why now and how to eliminate it?

yep, I understand. I am driving the HSA with an Iwaki 70, BUT, what if I add a recirc pump to the HSA to chop the bubles up even more? A multi pump recirc skimmer is doing just that as well......
