I had a few on my new live rock. I mixed kalk into a thin paste, shot it into the apt. and BOOM!! it was gone. A few more popped up over the next few weeks and I shot them to. Now all is well....

To get a bigger sump under my oceanic stand, i lowered the water to just under 1/2 way, took out center post/brace, put in big sump, put brace back, filled tank. Whata ya know, it worked:)
