looks like a bubble tip to me. you can see the smoothness of the underside. and as todd pointed out, then tentacle structure is very distinctive of bubble tips.

these are in great condition. however, the cords off the mogul are pretty short, maybe 6 inches or so before the cut. i had them hooked up to sunlight...

lumenarc mini

i took down a large tank and have a few lumenarc mini reflectors. moguls are included, but connection cords to the ballast have been cut in half for rewiring. can be easily rewired back together...
