Solenoid Fitting Stuck-Need help

Im trying to remove the standard valve(not working properly) from my regulator/solenoid and replace it with a needle valve. The current valve is totally stuck.

1 gram per gallon to start is what I have read. Then boost it up to 2g per gallon once your system is used to it.

Just do a search and you should find the information handily.
