He is living in the sump. I will find a new home for him that has a lot of algae. My tank is essentially algae free except for a need to clean the glass a couple times a week.

Man, this would be great. You could always just keep the shrimp in your sump. You could then put any infected coral in the sump for the treatment. Then place the coral back into the main tank.
