Once in awhile 1 or 2 at the top will show bubble...

Once in awhile 1 or 2 at the top will show bubble tips, but for the most part, they stay the same shape. Im not sure what triggers the bubble tips? Maybe hunger? who knows.

I actually have 2 pair of percs in them. they host in all of them, though they seem to have thier favorites. I will consider adding more percs. the ones I have are still young.

I thought I would share some pics of what was once just 1 RBTA a few years back, has cloned into 17.... BTW, the tank is a 225g if that helps for scale. The top part of the patch is over 3 1/2...

It does look a little different. The coralites on mine a more tapered, perhaps it is microthalma? It was in a low flow tank under VHO at the LFS, I suppose time will tell.
