I dont know if what Im seeing is pixelation of a lumpy carapace. If it's lumpy, Id say some sort of Mithrax crab... generally good guys scavengers of unwanted algaes) till they get bigger...

A full damsel tank would work with clowns and corals. Just introduce the clowns first and the rest at the same time. That should ensure that the clowns are dominant.
