I had a pair of PEC MH, but it was labled 10000k. Anyway, it was a nice crisp white. I loved it, I'm running Reeflux 12000 now, but plan to go back to the PEC bulb next bulb change.

You need to put a different pump than a maxi jet 1200. That can't be moving enough water thru that chiller.
My 300 is plumbed in to my return and the pump pushes the watewr thru the chiller so...

That's exactly what they claim, "A 10 micron aragonite powder targets live rock surfaces". Wouldn't be targeting much live rock surface if it was all dissolved in to the water.
