Talk to Greg at http://www.reefgeek.com/ . He's very knowledgable and will definitely steer you in the right direction. Sunlight Supply's Tek 5 fixtures and Retro Kits are the only way to go IMO.

With that lighting, you can do any soft coral, most LPS and even the lower light needy SPS such as Montipora, as long as you kept them high in your tank.

Normally, SPS don't need to be fed if you have adequate lighting and a well stocked population of fish. If you do decide to feed, I'd suggest Coral Frenzy.

The fixture won't control how your actinics look. You can get great actinic look with PCs. Keep in mind that with the fixture you're describing, the PCs are only for supplimentary actinic lighting....

If you go with T5HOs, look at Sunlight Supply's Tek5 fixtures with 6 bulbs. With your tank's depth, these will be adequate for all but the highest light demanding Acros.

If money's not a consideration, forget power heads and create a huge closed loop system. If you're unable to do that, I'd suggest 2 or 3 Koralia #4s.
