another fuge bulb thread

Iven been using melev's 5100k bulb on my fuge for about 3 months now and my chaeto has maybe increased 30% this seems really bad to me considering im hovering around 20ppm nitrate i run it reverse...

Solana owners

MAchine wash with a touch of bleach no soap and let air dry for 24 hours. If you air dry them there will be no chlorine left

DSB in fuge question

I currently have a 2.5 inch sand bed in my fuge with chaeto i want to tuen it into a DSB can i just pur a few more inches of sand on top of the existing or shoul di mix it in ot add alittle at a time?
