Thanks. I wanted to determine that as I do want to put a maderine in my tank but I don't want anything to compete with it for the live pods. So the diamond goby is out of the question.

My temp can get up to about 85. We had a huge heat wave earlier and it went up to 88-89. That wasn't a very good for my tank.

Hey guys, I'm finding my tank a little too warm for my taste. I've herd people putting a small fan over the sump or the display. Does this actually help bring the temp down?

yeah the leaf stuf in the first pic grows so fast. I pull it all and in a week I can fill a 5cup container.
the good news it that it's always on the same rock, it doesn't spread.

I have 2 emeralds and I've never seen then eat anything but algea. It's really hit and miss with them. I did here that there are a few types of emeralds that we need to watch out for.
