I have a 48" corallife 260W PC and a 36" 192W PC for sale - both have fans, no moonlights. 48"-$100, 36" $90, both for $175.

If you have the 4 foot 150G that means your tank...
If you have the 4 foot 150G that means your tank is 30" deep. I would say 400W halides are in order for that depth, at least 250's

I do not think that is accurate. I would say more like 9-12 months. PC lights do lose some of their effectiveness over time, but even most companies say they have an 18-24 month...

I would get a CBR BackPak Skimmer, about 30# of Live Rock, and keep the lights you have. I would get about 30 lbs of crushed sand for a bas.
